1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by rsn3 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and rsn3.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of rsn3 services after any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by you on the rsn3 platform to access gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account for placing bets and wagers.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game, sports event, casino game, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds credited to your Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, togel lottery draws, and other gaming products available on rsn3.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights associated with the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm your identity and age.
• "Platform" means the rsn3 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services and features.
• "User Content" means any information, data, or content you submit to the Platform.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use rsn3 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. rsn3 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and all funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming valid contracts.

3.3 Geographic Requirements

You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of rsn3 complies with applicable laws in your location.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

You may register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, whether under the same name or different names, are strictly prohibited. rsn3 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void all associated bets.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of any rsn3 employee. You must not be employed by or affiliated with any game provider, payment processor, or other service provider used by rsn3.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rsn3 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) days. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Security

You must immediately notify rsn3 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. rsn3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

rsn3 accepts deposits through Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50.000). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your payment method and Account status. VIP Account holders may be eligible for higher deposit limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to process during peak hours or technical maintenance periods.

5.4 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. You must verify your identity through KYC procedures before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB) for verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100.000). Daily withdrawal limits are two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 200.000.000) for standard Accounts, with higher limits available for VIP tier members.

5.7 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x depending on the promotion) on eligible games before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Detailed wagering requirements are provided with each bonus offer.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official results as determined by the governing sports authority. For football betting, results are based on full-time scores including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless otherwise specified. Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets follow standard industry rules. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within forty-eight (48) hours.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to specific games and are displayed within each game.

6.3 Togel Lottery

Togel betting on rsn3 covers multiple markets including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau, with results determined by the official lottery organizations operating these draws. Bet types include 4D (four-digit), 3D (three-digit), 2D (two-digit), Colok Bebas (free position), Colok Jitu (specific position), and Shio (zodiac animal). Results are final once officially published by the governing lottery authority.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

rsn3 reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, and monthly winning limits depending on game type and Account tier. Standard Accounts are subject to a maximum daily win limit of five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 500.000.000). VIP Accounts may be eligible for higher limits.

6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, rsn3 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Displayed game results are subject to validation. If a malfunction is discovered after payout, rsn3 may deduct the incorrectly paid amount from your Account Balance.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of rsn3 and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, time limits, and wagering requirements. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before opting in.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

rsn3 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, collusive betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, and any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your location
• Colluding with other users or engaging in fraudulent betting activity
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions for profit
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or rsn3 staff
• Submitting false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming

rsn3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-assessment quizzes, and self-exclusion options ranging from one month to permanent exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools if you feel your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the rsn3 platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation of data is the exclusive property of rsn3 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from rsn3.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rsn3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of other intangible property.

rsn3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from server downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rsn3, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 rsn3's Right to Suspend or Terminate

rsn3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, provision of false information, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct that rsn3 deems inappropriate or harmful to the Platform or other users.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. rsn3 will return any remaining Balance in your Account minus any amounts owed to rsn3, pending completion of all necessary verifications. Funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or terms violations will be forfeited.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, your remaining Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of rsn3 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsn3 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of rsn3 complies with all applicable laws in your location. rsn3 operates as an international platform and does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in all jurisdictions.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

17. Amendments to Terms

rsn3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and rsn3 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
